We have monthly session where they continously provide valuable tips on how to use Streak more effectively. Theri response time is very fast. Overall, I reall enjoy working with Streak and the AI features are especially great.

Streak is amazing! I started using streak in about 2016, initially I was using it as an employment workflow. In 2018 a CRM I was using dropped a feature I like. I then migrated to Streak. Streak really helps me and my team stay on top of things. I have multiple pipelines which I use for Employment The Team Customers Prospects Suppliers Equipment research Complaints and more We have a form on our website that captures information and populates our Prospect pipeline, and creates a contact. Our Prospect pipeline is the duplicate of our Customer pipeline. Once we are ready to onboard them we can shift them from one pipeline to the other. Streak is amazing for tasks, for customization, for bulk emails. and what's amazing is it sits inside your Gmail. If you like Gmail and you like spreadsheets you'll love streak. Streak stays up to date and has great AI features. Streak is essential in my business toolkit.I highly recommend it

Cannot log in. Chose all ticks on the OAuth screen and then it said "Authentication failed", you haven't chose it all. I think it could not handle that I logged in with a new user.

I have used streak for two companies, and have had both companies moved to a paid version for all the employees. Wonderful platform build into gmail, easy access to your CRM that can be build by you for you.

Streak was incredibly easy to integrate into Gmail for our organization. Some of our users utilize it for third party sales while others utilize it for internal task management. Regardless, everyone loves it.

Our rep Amy is a star! 6 out 5 stars for her hardwork, knowledge and energy. Her customer service is awesome. This CRM is powerful but doesn't align to our needs as completely as well as some other apps - we are a beverage-alcohol company with field sales reps. Aside from the obvious limitations many of the features are simple and easy to use, intuitive and help improve work flows.

I'm using the free version, as a small Sole trader business, and it is a brilliant help in managing key interactions with my clients. I look forward to moving to a paid account as my business grows. It is easy to use, provides great tools and I can see several integrations or automations I would definitely use when I can. Thanks for a great product.

I use Streak for almost a year now. It's a nice, easy to use CRM with plenty features, lots of automation included. What I like most about it is the fact that is so easy to define new customer/contact and to fill in data for each of them. Data fields are always in reach and I don't have to switch through different windows/tabs to put my data in. I use it for a small/medium company and I it serves me well. Great job guys!

I have been looking for an inexpensive CRM to aid me in my marketing for my business. After a two year search Streak is the answers to my prayers. I have only been using it for two days now and it has already helped me get organized in ways that I could only dream of before. I gave only a three star rating due to the tutorial videos. The videos do not go into enough detail about creating boxes, plus the order is all over the place. For example, one tutorial goes into creating boxes for contacts and organizations and saying that learning how to create a box will be in the next video. The first video should go into detail as to what boxes are, how to create them and how to use them properly. I am still trying to figure out boxes. Another thing about the tutorials is the narrator puts me to sleep and goes way to fast. There is NO emotion in the narrator's voice. Probably an AI voice. In the words of Yosemite Sam, "I hates AI voices."

Used to love streak. In the last month, whenever I have the extension installed Gmail becomes unusably slow. 3 second lag for any button press, scroll, or action taken inside of an email window. I've tried every possible solution on all forums, to no effect. The only solution is to fully remove the extension and restart chrome. I've scoured many forums and it seems streak's only response to these posts are "we cannot replicate this on our end"...which is my least favorite developer response for so many reasons. Please fix this I'd love to be able to go back to using streak and not switch to a new tool.
